私の好きな４字熟語です。
これを、仕事のコミットメント（自民党とかのマニフェストみたいなもの）に書こうかと思ったのですが、これまた英語でコミットメントを書く必要があります。英語で同じ表現がないものか。英語の先生に聞いてみました。
No single phrase, expression, or idiom comes to mind that means exactly that, but I can think of one off the top of my head that's about giving to others:
The more you give, the more you get.
There's also a sentence with a similar meaning that I've heard and seen on multiple occasions in the last few years: Practice random acts of kindness every day. I'm not sure how well known this expression is though.
The more I think about your question, the more I'm realizing that there are sayings similar, or even exactly like the one, do one kind thing for others everyday. Most often, these are found on greeting cards, bumper stickers, posters, and even tee-shirts (e.g., giving makes the world a better place; or, give to others each day; or, kindness, pass it on), but I can't think of one that's well-known. You might just have to write it out fully, something like this, Do one kind act for others every day.

さて、今日の夕食は、、、、
昨日と同じです（笑）。ただ、ネギを大目にしたのと、色が悪かったのでトマトをのっけてみた。
トマトはさておき、ネギの効果って、本当すごいと思う。しゃきしゃきして、周りがくどくてもさっぱりとし、それでいて栄養もあるんですよね。素晴らしい。
